Q: What do you consider 'over-complicated' managed IT services?
Julian: Many IT vendors out there will focus on trying to sell more complex solutions. While there is a time and a place for this, we have seen many situations where clients have been sold something they would never fully utilize… and even then, there was still a much better solution available for them at a significantly lower price point.
People enjoy systems, applications, and tools that are easier to use, and make their jobs easier. Often times, more complex systems are chosen due to a lack of clarity on a given company's actual managed IT services needs. It's really an art to find the right one.

Q: What is the single most important benefit that 'simplified' managed IT services deliver for small- and medium-sized business?
